A double celebration birthday dinner treat @ TGIF

You might think that after getting married, my husband is the go to person.

Well, wrong.

The only man that still holds that title is none other than my Daddy, who’s always the ‘go to’ person in my life. Not a single question goes unanswered (no matter how dumb they are, he accommodates it so patiently and answers them so cleverly). And the reason why my husband is not the go to person is because….he runs to my dad too! Cute?

From the person who nurtured me on what’s right and wrong but somehow forgot to teach me to cook because she still loves to do that for us till today, Mom’s always been a best friend and a super cool mother to me (who will probably still baby me even once I have my own). It feels so good to be that loved and spoilt *smug face*

Happy Birthday to the most awesome parents any kid (I’m still a baby in my parent’s eyes ok) could ever ask for.

I know a grandchild would have made a nice birthday present but that will have to wait, for a year, or two, or maybe three…..

And another shout out to a bestie and a friend of 21 years (and counting) Wylane – Happy Birthday woman, may you have all your wishes come true and you know you’re cool in my books since you share the same exact birthday as my mom LOL. We’ll celebrate your birthday soon
